Lifeplus Mod3

Patented LIFEPLUS® MOD3 chargers – the result of more than 30 years of high-frequency, smart charging experience – are part of the smartest and most energy-efficient charger line in the business. The LIFEPLUS® MOD3 high-frequency switch-mode IONIC smart charger offers six different charge profile options for operational flexibility: IONIC, cold storage, VRLA, TPPL 2V, TPPL Bloc and opportunity charging. The LIFEPLUS® MOD3 charger series provides peak efficiency and non-stop power while reducing your battery charging costs, water consumption, and battery maintenance and repair costs.

LIFEPLUS® MOD3 technology delivers the highest efficiency and power factor available in the industry – significantly reducing electrical consumption and demand charges. LifeSpeed Mod3

As the most advanced modular charger, the LIFESPEED® MOD3 represents the latest innovation of high-frequency switch-mode smart chargers. LIFESPEED® MOD3 modules are the most flexible in the industry, operating as a fast, IONIC, or opportunity charger. The LIFESPEED® MOD3 charger series delivers optimum charging, peak efficiency, and non-stop power while reducing charging costs and energy demands.

LIFESPEED® MOD3 chargers utilize patented AccelRate® technology to create a unique charge algorithm. When combined with the exceptional efficiency and power factor of high-frequency switch-mode technology, these chargers can recharge batteries 3-5 times faster than conventional units. Coupled with the wireless Battery Boss WCTM, this patented charge algorithm enables the LIFESPEED® MOD3 chargers to automatically adapt to battery voltage, AH capacity, and state of charge. This provides a 100% amphere hour return from an 80% DoD in just 2-3 hours while avoiding excessive heat generation.

PTO Mod3

HAWKER® continues its expansion of the modular high-frequency charger line with the PTOTM MOD3 conventional/opportunity charger. The modular design of the PTOTM MOD3 motive power battery charger provides flexible, scalable, and redundant power to meet the growing demands faced by material handling customers. This charger allows the customer to choose between 2 factory set charging options: 1) Conventional, I-U-I, opportunity and cold storage profiles and 2) TPPL 2V and TPPL Bloc profiles. The PTOTM MOD3 multi-capacity chargers have settable Ah capacity and selectable DC voltage designed to make these chargers customizable and flexible in today's diverse marketplace.

LifeTech Mod Charger

HAWKER® LIFETECH™ MOD1 and LIFETECH™ MOD1C modular, high-frequency smart chargers provide optimum charging, peak efficiency, maximum reliability, and nonstop power to meet the growing demands of our customers. The modular design of these chargers allows each individual power module to operate independently. Even if one module stops working, the other modules continue charging the battery. This eliminates the risk of catastrophic failures and downtime.

The LIFETECH™ MOD1 and LIFETECH™ MOD1C chargers are flexible and adaptable in operation. In addition to an uninterrupted charge, the modules automatically adjust based on a battery’s charge cycle requirements and adapt to a variety of battery capacities.

The LIFETECH™ MOD1C charger features HAWKER®’s patented IONIC charge profile and wireless communication via the wireless Battery Boss® WC diagnostic device.
